- The MAS1 product is highly similar to other MRG receptors. This receptor has been suggested to affect the blood pressure control and body fluid homeostasis in the renin-angiotensis system. Mas proto-oncogene has been reported in brain, breast, eye, heart, kidney, and testis. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 8-10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
