Weitere Details:: The H1 Histamine Receptor (HRH1) has been implicated in the inflammatory cascade and allergic response. It is expressed by some inflammatory cells and by vascular smooth muscle as well as smooth muscle of other organs. Activation of HRH1 expressed in the central nervous system has been shown to regulate the release of neurotransmitters and hormones. H1 receptors modulate a variety of physiological functions including arousal, anxiety, nociception, learning, and food and water intake. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
