Weitere Details:: 5HT1E, a Serotonin Receptor, is not well studied. It is classified as an 5-HT1-like receptor because of its ligand-binding and effector-coupling characteristics. The human 5-HT1E receptor has been studied in an African green monkey kidney cell line, in which it modulated cAMP levels upon binding serotonin. Lack of structural variants in the human gene indicate a highly conserved protein. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml. Antigen retrieval requires Proteinase K treatment. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
