Weitere Details:: SC35, a member of SR protein family, is an essential pre-mRNA splicing factor and can function as an essential splicing factor as well as an alternative splicing factor. Phosphorylation on serine residues located within the SR domain directly regulates SC35 activity and compartmentalization of other SR splicing factors. In addition to interacting with RNA and other splicing factors, SC35 has been shown to interact either directly or indirectly interacts with the C-terminal domain (CTD) of the largest subunit of RNA Polymerase II, thereby suggesting a potential role of SC35 in coordinating of transcription and pre-mRNA splicing. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
