Weitere Details:: Apolipoprotein A5 is encoded by the ApoA5 gene. It is known that coronary heart disease is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in the world. This apolipoprotein is a major risk factor indicating coronary artery disease. Several lipoproteins such as chylomicrons, VLDL, and HDL contain apolipoprotein A5, which affects lipoprotein metabolism and determines plasma triglyceride levels. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human Liver Tissue Lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
