Weitere Details:: The Lyr motif found in the LYR-motif containing protein family is similar to that found in the sacchromyces cerevisiae protein ISD11, an iron-sulfur protein in the mitochondria that is thought to play a role in iron homeostasis. No known function has been assigned to LYRM2, although LYRM1 is thought to be involved in preadipocyte progression and LYRM3 has been suggested to be a candidate gene for the branchio-oto-renal (BOR) syndrome. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: A549 Cell Lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
