Weitere Details:: HMGB1 is a non-histone chromosomal protein that functions in endotoxin lethality. It is released from activated macrophages and is present at elevated levels in the serum of sepsis patients. HMGB1 was also reported to interact with RAGE (receptor for advanced glycation end products) and to influence neuron development. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells in HCT‑116 Human Cell Line Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
