Weitere Details:: Cyclin-dependent kinase 1, also known as cell division control protein 2 homolog (CDC2), belongs to the Ser/Thr protein kinase family. CDC2 is required for entry into S phase of the cell cycle and mitosis. Multiple alternatively spliced variants have been reported for this gene. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-1.0ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (formalin, acetone, paraffin): 1.0-2.0ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
