Weitere Details:: Phosphodiesterase 7A, a cAMP-specific phosphodiesterase, has been shown to affect memory, T-cell functioning and emesis and has been implicated in depression. Two isoforms (PDE7A1 and PDE7A2) which differ at their N-terminal region, have been reported. Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa147-482 from mouse PDE7A, fused to GST-tag at N-terminal, expressed in Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system. Molecular Weight: ~65kD Specific Activity: ~120pmol/min/ug Applications: Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
