Application: Study enzyme kinetics, and screen small molecular inhibitors of PRMT for drug discovery and HTS applications. Other applications not tested. Concentration: 500ul @ 200uM AA Sequence: SG-R(Me2a)-GKGGKGLGKGGAKRHRKVGG-K(Biotin) Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
