Weitere Details:: The DYKDDDDK peptide is a small component of the epitope which does not appear to interfere with the bioactivity or the biodistribution of the recombinant protein. It has been used extensively as a general epitope tag in expression vectors. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Dot Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:3000 Immunocytochemistry: 1:500-1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
