Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. The TRIM motif includes three zinc binding domains, a RING, a B box type 1 and a B box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to both the cytoplasm and the nucleus. Its function has not been identified. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and FLISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
