- MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. RSC1A1 mediates transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation of SLC5A1. The protein inhibits a dynamin and PKC-dependent exocytotic pathway of SLC5A1 and is also involved in transcriptional regulation of SLC22A2. It exhibits glucose-dependent, short-term inhibition of SLC5A1 and SLC22A2 by inhibiting the release of vesicles from the trans-Golgi network. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1.2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
