- Weitere Details:
- E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which accepts ubiquitin from E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes UBE2L3 and UBE2L6 in the form of a thioester and then directly transfers the ubiquitin to targeted substrates such as LCMT2, thereby promoting their degradation. Induces apoptosis via a TP53/p53-dependent but caspase-independent mechanism. However, its overexpression also produces a decrease of the ubiquitin-dependent stability of BAX, a pro-apoptotic protein, ultimately leading to protection of cell death; But, it is not an anti-apoptotic protein per se. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1.2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Amino Acid Sequence: MGSAGRLHYLAMTAENPTPGDLAPAPLITCKLCLCEQSLDKMTTLQECQCIFCTACLKQYMQLAIREGCGSPITCPDMVCLNHGTLQEAEIACLVPVDQF Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
