- RelB is a component of the NF-kappaB complex of transcription factors. These factors are a critical regulator in the differentiation of dendritic cells and are key regulators of immune, inflammatory and acute phase responses and are also implicated in the control of cell proliferation and apoptosis. It is also known as I-REL. human RelB gene is mapped on chromosomal region 19q13.32. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
