Weitere Details:: The human RAL proteins share more than 50% similarity and some properties with the ras proteins. One member of this family, RALA, maps to 7p. A second member of the family, RALB, encoding a GTP-binding protein is located on 2cen-q13. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
