Weitere Details:: PTMS may mediate immune function by blocking the effect of prothymosin alpha which confers resistance to certain opportunistic infections. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
