- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Isomerase that catalyzes the conversion of unstable intermediate of prostaglandin E2 H2 (PGH2) into the more stable prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) form. May also have transactivation activity toward IFN-gamma (IFNG), possibly via an interaction with CEBPB; however, the relevance of transcription activation activity remains unclear. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
