- MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. PROCR (CD201) is a receptor for activated protein C, a serine protease activated by and involved in the blood coagulation pathway. The protein is an N-glycosylated type I membrane protein that enhances the activation of protein C. Mutations in its gene have been associated with venous thromboembolism and myocardial infarction, as well as with late fetal loss during pregnancy. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
