- Prolyl Endopeptidase is a cytosolic prolyl endopeptidase which cleaves peptide bonds on the C-terminal side of prolyl residues within peptides that are up to approximately 30aa long. Prolyl endopeptidases have been reported to be involved in the maturation and degradation of peptide hormones and neuropeptides. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
