PHF-2 is widely expressed and is implicated in hereditary sensory neuropathy type 1 HSN1. Human PHF-2 is 1099aa protein, and migrates at ~120kD in SDS-PAGE gels. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
