- MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. PACE4 is a Serine S8 type protease that cleaves precursor proteins at paired basic amino acid processing sites. Several PACE4 substrates have been identified, including transforming growth factor beta-related proteins, proalbumin and von Willebrand factor. At least eight alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been reported. In mouse, PACE4 has been shown to increase tumor cell invasiveness, and thus enhance tumor progression. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
