It specifically acts on bone tissues and increases bone mineral density and bone volume associated with a decrease of active osteoclast number. Human OPG is a 20kD protein, comprising of 174aa residues. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
