Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. Nidogen-1 is a member of the nidogen family of basement membrane glycoproteins. It interacts with several other components of basement membranes, and may play a role in cell interactions with the extracellular matrix . Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
