Binds DNA along the major grove and promotes DNA bending and partial unwinding. Promotes base flipping. Probably requires one or more components for termination activity. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
