- MCT-1 is a novel gene encoding malignant T cell amplified sequence 1 that was identified from T-cell leukemia/lymphoma cell lines with limited homology to a region of Cyclin H. MCT-1 is a novel candidate oncogene that results in a shortened G1 phase and increased rate of proliferation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
