- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. CD205 is a 210kD C-type lectin transmembrane protein, known as DEC-205. It belongs to macrophage mannose receptor family and is found at high levels on dendritic cells and thymic epithelial cells. Unlike murine CD205, human CD205 is also expressed at low levels on T- and B-cells, NK cells and monocytes. CD205, serves as an endocytic receptor, functions in antigen uptake/processing and clearance of apoptotic cells. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
