- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. LETM1 (Leucine zipper-EF-hand containing transmembrane protein 1) contains 2 EF-hand calcium-binding sites, a transmembrane domain, a leucine zipper motif and several coiled-coil domains. Crucial for the maintenance of mitochondrial tubular networks and for the assembly of the supercomplexes of the respiratory chain. Required for the maintenance of the tubular shape and cristae organization. There are three isoforms. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, FLISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
