Weitere Details:
Leucine Zipper, Down-regulated in Cancer 1 (LDOC1) contains a leucine zipper-like motif and a proline-rich region that shares marked similarity with an SH3-binding domain. The protein localizes to the nucleus and is down-regulated in some cancer cell lines. It is thought to regulate the transcriptional response mediated by the nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kappaB). The gene has been proposed as a tumor suppressor gene whose protein product may have an important role in the development and/or progression of some cancers. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. AA Sequence: MVDELVLLLHALLMRHRALSIENSQLMEQLRLLVCERASLLRQVRPPSCPVPFPETFNGESSRLPEFIVQTASYMLVNENRFCNDAMKVAFLISLLTGEAEEWVVPYIEMDSPILGDYRAFLDEMKQCFGWDDDEDDDDEEEEDDY Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.  For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.  Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
