Plays an important role in chromosome condensation during the meiotic G2/M transition of spermatocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
