MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. HLA-DR is a transmembrane human major histocompatibility complex 2 (MHC II) family member, which consists of a 34kD (alpha) subunit and one of several 28kD (beta) subunits. HLA-DR is expressed primarily by B cells and dendritic cells (DC), where it binds peptides derived from internalized and processed antigenic proteins. It presents these peptides on the cell surface for recognition by the T cell receptor on CD4T cells. This interaction is central to antigen specificity in the adaptive immune response. HLA-DR alleles, polymorphisms, and aberrant expression are linked to a variety of diseases including autoimmunity and cancer. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
