Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. GSTO1 is a member of the theta class glutathione S-transferase-like (GSTTL) protein family. In mouse, this protein acts as a small stress response protein, likely involved in cellular redox homeostasis. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
