Weitere Details:: Homeobox protein GBX-2 may act as a transcription facctor for pluripotency and differentiation in the embryo. It localises to the nucleus. The unprocessed precursor is 348aa long and has an estimated molecular weight of ~37KD. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
