This enzyme is localized to the mitochondria and may play a role in programmed cell death. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
