- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Human Elongin A (EloA), otherwise known as transcription elongation factor B polypeptide 3, a general transcription elongation factor, stimulates RNA polymerase II transcription elongation beyond template-encoded arresting sites. Elongin exists as a heterotrimer consisting of an A (A1, A2 or A3), B and C subunit. Subunit A is transcriptionally active, with activity strongly enhanced by binding to the dimeric complex of the elongin regulatory subunits B and C (elongin BC complex), which is mediated by subunit C. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
