- CRMP2 also regulates axon formation and branching by binding tubulin heterodimers thereby enhancing microtubule polymerisation. Through its interaction with ROKalpha, CRMP2 is also thought to play a role in RhoA-dependent signalling. CRMP2 is associated with mesial temporal lobe epilepsy and schizophrenia. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
