Weitere Details:: DPT is an extracellular matrix protein with possible functions in cell-matrix interactions and matrix assembly. This protein is found in various tissues and many of its tyrosine residues are sulphated. The protein is postulated to modify the behavior of TGF-beta through interaction with decorin. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
