Weitere Details:: Developmental pluripotency associated 4 (DPPA4) is a nuclear SAP-domain protein whose expression is restricted to pluripotent cells, undifferentiated embryonal carcinomas and germ cell tumors. DPPA4 is also considered as an embryonic stem cell marker. Human DPPA4 shares 51% aa sequence homology with mouse DPPA4. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
