Weitere Details:
MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. DCTN2 is a 50kD subunit of dynactin, a macromolecular complex consisting of 10-11 subunits ranging in size from 22-150kD. Dynactin binds to both microtubules and cytoplasmic dynein. It is involved in a diverse array of cellular functions, including ER-to-Golgi transport, the centripetal movement of lysosomes and endosomes, spindle formation, chromosome movement, nuclear positioning, and axonogenesis. This subunit is present in 4-5 copies per dynactin molecule. It contains three short alpha-helical coiled-coil domains that may mediate association with self or other dynactin subunits. It may interact directly with the largest subunit (p150) of dynactin and may affix p150 in place. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. AA Sequence: DADTQSKVHQLYETIQRWSPIASTLPELVQRLVTIKQLHEQAMQFGQLLTHLDTTQQMIANSLKDNTTLLTQVQTTMRENLATVEGNFASIDERMKKLGK Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
