- MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. DAPK2, a DAPK type protein kinase, contains a N-terminal protein kinase domain followed by a conserved CaM-binding domain with significant homologies to other kinases in this subfamily. In vitro assay experiments have shown that the protein is autophosphorylated. Overexpression of the DAPK2 gene was shown to induce cell apoptosis. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
