- MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. CD66a is a member of the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) family and is expressed by hematopoietic cells. It is also expressed on apical membranes of some epithelia, on endothelium of certain organs and on cells of myeloid lineage, granulocytes and myelocytes. Interestingly, it has been reported to be downregulated in some cancers. This antibody will help detect CD66a expression in a variety of tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
