- MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. Cdc25C is a tyrosine protein phosphatase required for progression of the cell cycle. Cdc25C activates cell cycle-specific cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs), including cdc2, via dephosphorylation events. Cdc25C is activated via phosphorylation at Ser216. In response to DNA damage and DNA replicational stress, Chk1 and Chk2 phosphorylate Cdc25C to prevent entry into mitosis. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
