- CD93 is a 110kD O-sialoglycoprotein, known as complement C1q receptor, C1qR1, C1qRp (C1q receptor precursor), or GR11. It is expression on monocytes, granulocytes, platelets, and endothelial cells. CD93 regulates phagocytosis of apoptosis cells, and leukocyte-endothelial cell adhesion. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
