- CD54 (ICAM-1) is a 85-110kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on activated endothelial cells, T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages, granulocytes and dendritic cells; the expression of CD54 is upregulated by activation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Sandwich ELISA: The detection limit is ~0.1ng/ml as a capture antibody Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
