- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. CAMK4 belongs to the CAMK1 subfamily of Serine/Threonine Kinases. CAMK4 has been implicated in long term memory, regulation of CRE dependent transcription, and in the control of mitochondrial biogenesis in skeletal muscle. Alternative splicing of CAMK4 generates a testis-specific calspermin transcript. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
