- MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. CAMK4 belongs to the CAMK1 subfamily of Serine/Threonine Kinases. CAMK4 has been implicated in long term memory, regulation of CRE dependent transcription, and in the control of mitochondrial biogenesis in skeletal muscle. Alternative splicing of CAMK4 generates a testis-specific calspermin transcript. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
