- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Bcl-rambo shares the common structural characteristics with other members of the anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 family members, but differs from them at its C-terminus, where a 250aa sequence proceeds the membrance anchor region. It also differs from other pro-apoptotic Bcl-2 family members in that it membrane anchor C-terminus region is responsible for its apoptotic activity, not its Bcl-2 homology motifs. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
