- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Bcl-B (also called Bcl2-L-10) is a novel anti-apoptotic member of the Bcl-2 family. Bcl-B is closest in aa sequence homology to Boo protein. It contains four Bcl-2 homologs. Bcl-B mRNA is widely expressed in adult human tissues. The Bcl-B protein binds to Bcl-2, Bcl-X(L), and Bax but not Bak. Bcl-B suppresses apoptosis induced by Bax, but not by Bak. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
