- MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. SMARCE1/BAF57 protein is part of the large ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling complex SWI/SNF, which is required for transcriptional activation of genes normally repressed by chromatin. SMARCE1/BAF57 can bind to 4-way junction DNA (which is thought to mimic the topology of DNA as it enters or exits the nucleosome), either alone or when in the SWI/SNF complex. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
