- MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. Arrestins and G protein-coupled receptor kinases (GRKs) are key players in homologous desensitization of G protein-coupled receptors. Arrestin-C (Cone arresting/retinal cone arrestin 3) is likely to have a role in retina specific signal transduction, possibly binding to photoactivated phosphorylated red/green opsins. Arrestin-C is expressed in inner and outer segments, and the inner plexiform regions of the retina. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
